Access to Dubai Trade portal and services are controlled. There are levels of access control.

Every one logging in has to provide valid username/password.

You go to Dubai Trade Home Page, Click on Training and Training Request. Fill the details and select the Training Course that you are looking for. Training department will inform you on the schedule.
User Management contains all Admin services of Company’s Administrator Account through which an Administrator controls the Sub-User creation and e-Service allotment.

Company’s Administrator has to create Sub-Users in order to use Dubai Trade services since his account is to manage the Sub-Users creation and e-Service Allotment.

Below are the steps to create Sub-User: Login with Administrator account Click on User Management Click on Create Sub-User Fill up the details that are requested Assign the desired services from Select Roles Click on Submit and Login after 5 minutes.
Yes, you can change the password for your User Id. To change the password of a user, click on Change Password under User Management Menu. Provide new password and submit your request. You have to logout and login after five minutes with your new password.
If you have forgotten your password you can either: Go to Service Centre >> Reset Password, this will display a screen where you will be asked to enter your user ID and registered email address. If your answers are correct then an email will be sent to the registered email address with a URL to renew your password OR Go to the login page and click on ‘Reset Password’ and follow the instructions

On receiving a request in writing on company’s letter head along with Trade License copy from an authorized person; our Customer Care team will change the necessary details of your new Administrator.
As of now you cannot delete a user on Dubai Trade. However, you can disable his access by using Enable/Disable User option provided under User Management of Company’s Administrator Account.
You have created the user successfully but have not allotted business services to the user. Go to Modify User option and select the appropriate user and allocate required services from Select Role and submit the request. Now if the user logs in, he will be able to view the services allotted to him.

Dubai Trade Message Centre enhances communications between Dubai Trade and its customers.  Customers will now be receiving notifications, circulars etc. from Dubai Trade directly into their Inbox and will be able to view the same immediately on login. No, Message Centre is available for all Dubai Trade users and cannot be disabled.
No, you cannot send attachments through the Message Centre.
Currently there is no limit and all messages will be available in your Inbox. However, you have the option to retain or delete any message as per your requirement.
The message will always be available in the Inbox until you selectively delete a message.

Kindly login with your user ID and click on client profile à manage digital certificate. Click on Select Certificate and click on request approval. If it is renewal, then click on Select Another Certificate. Your new certificate will be submitted for approval to Dubai customs. Once it’s approved by Dubai customs you can submit declaration.
