Company’s Administrator has to create Sub-Users in order to use Dubai Trade services since his account is to manage the Sub-Users creation and e-Service Allotment.
Below are the steps to create Sub-User: Login with Administrator account Click on User Management Click on Create Sub-User Fill up the details that are requested Assign the desired services from Select Roles Click on Submit and Login after 5 minutes.Login to www.dubaitrade.ae with your Admin User ID and go to User Management -> Update Profile -> Submit.

Dubai Trade Message Centre enhances communications between Dubai Trade and its customers. Customers will now be receiving notifications, circulars etc. from Dubai Trade directly into their Inbox and will be able to view the same immediately on login. Kindly login with your user ID and click on client profile à manage digital certificate. Click on Select Certificate and click on request approval. If it is renewal, then click on Select Another Certificate. Your new certificate will be submitted for approval to Dubai customs. Once it’s approved by Dubai customs you can submit declaration.
